Sticky Marinade

So glad we used this on our sosaties as they came out extra tasty. A great addition to a vegan braai and lots left over for next time. #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary

Ina Paarman's sticky marinade is really nice, I love the taste, I really enjoy how sticky it is. It's perfect for a braai, to add to chicken style meals or stews. I would appreciate a little bit more smokeyness and a bit of a tangy element to it as well. I still highly recommend it though 🔥

I opted to use this marinade last night on Denny’s mushroom patties, forgetting how salty the patties are already 🤦🏻‍♀️ the marinade itself isn’t overly salty, it just didn’t work particularly well with these patties. That aside, the marinade itself is delicious and I’m thinking some brinjal steaks lathered in this stuff on the braai will be amazing 🤩 #greyton #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary #veganuary 🥳

These bottles don't stay full for long in my house. An easy sauce to drizzle over roast veg for a Buddha bowl, or my other fav is to fry up some red onion, peas, and Fry's chicken strips and throw this in for flavor!
