Spicy Topokki

Lo compré en el Aldi, es bastante picante, así que en esa parte me gusta. Lo de arroz está muy bueno. Un poco dulce para mi gusto, pero lo volvería a comprar. Se hace muy rápido en el microondas

Man this definitely shortened my life expectancy by a few weeks 😧 The list of ingredients is so naughty, but as long as there's no animal cruelty in there then #forthedollar it's coming on here 😊 I got home late/high from an evening with the colleagues and all I wanted was #lazyvegan food 😛 I somehow remembered that I hoarded up this instant #topokki some time ago, so it was an easy choice to 派上用场 🙂 The state of the cup reflects my drunken inability to follow simple instructions. I put way too much water into the pot and the entire thing discombobulated inside the microwave 😟 But no matter, the end result was #spicy and beautifully garlicky 😋 The #ricecakes were chewy and did get a bit monotonous 2/3s through the chew when the sauce had gone, but they did what they were meant to do 🙂
