Spelt and Barley

Super convenient 👌 I used mine as a base for a roasted butternut and chickpea salad. Would be useful for grain bowls or a good way to bulk up a vegetable soup.

Got this on clearance - I like to have these in a rush. I made a quick warm salad. Really tasty and easy to use Barley and spelt - mixed up with some curried chickpeas (coconut milk, turmeric, salt, black pepper, parsley, garlic and smoked paprika), cucumber, and ruby slaw (red cabbage, beetroot, radish and mint) with avo and a tahini dressing (tahini and olive oil loosened with hot water)

As a healthy alternative to rice this as a side dish or mixed cold with a fresh salad is filling and adds a different perspective. #pigsnpaws
