Soft Pretzel Mini Buns

I usually prefer sprouted seeded buns... but for a less fibrous, fluffier option these are quite delicious. Made some buffalo sliders with them but am looking forward to loading them up with pulled bbq jackfruit and slaw. Not super nutritious but super cute and fun

Really love these for our sliders and burgers at home! Nice soft and chewy texture on the inside w/ that pretzel-ie taste! Much better than your typical bun

I always love a pretzel bun! These are good for sandwiches, and I like the mini size so I can have 1 or 2, depending on how hungry I am. #harvestmoon
