Soft Baked Cookies - snickerdoodle

🇺🇸 Trip....... These are soft, chewy, and sweet. They are hard to put down.

#enjoylife #snickerdoodle #softbaked I bought this box of Enjoy Life Soft Baked Cookies a while ago, and I’m finally getting around to eating them now, about 1 month after its best before date. These cookies are still soft. They’re absolutely delicious! Although this is not a concern for me, these cookies are free from 14 allergens which are listed on the side of the box (see the second photo), making the cookies suitable to a variety of restrictive diets. One complaint I have is regarding the packaging. I didn’t like that the cookies were sitting in a plastic tray, then wrapped in plastic. If plastic is necessary, then scrap the tray. If both plastics can be substituted for other materials or removed altogether, then even better.  I think I got these cookies at Grocery Outlet for an attractive price. I’d be reluctant to pay the regular price for these. But would buy them again.

I love these soft delights. Milk is usually my go to or these are really great for a homemade sundae.

Now if you want some realky good cookies, these are what you look for. I love the softness. I love the bold flavor.

Dear Enjoy Life, I love these cookies! Reliably safe to eat and so good. I love that I can just pick these off the shelf in the grocery store and know that they're vegan and gluten-free. My favourite Enjoy Life cookie.
