I found this boxed silken tofu in aldi and made sure to stock up on us as it is very handy (it keeps in the pantry instead of in the fridge). I made tofu scramble and it turned out delicious because the consistency is perfect. It has a creamy finish, so I believe it would be great for dessert recipe se as well. Priced at 1.99 Eur.
