Ich fand es richtig gut. Mein Mann aber nicht (also, mindestens nicht zum pur trinken), auch weil er Milch nie mochte und aus unserer Sicht es schmeckt genauso. Es schäumt super. Es eignet sich fantastisch für herzhafte Gerichte wie Beshamel und Käse-Soßen.
