I love a good mac and cheese for some nostalgia definitely grew up eating lots of it. Roads end delivers when it comes to flavour and sentiment. The only thing I would say which is probably just a me thing is sometimes I crave that artificial cheese taste that my old mac and cheese gave me.
First attempt at making a vegan mac n cheeze. Added ripple plant based milk to make the sauce. With a little added salt & basil, think it turned out pretty well. Will be getting this again. It was only $2 or $3. Nutrition in a box: 50% dv b12, 32% sodium, 20% iron, 26g protein, 6g fiber, no saturated fat, 4g sugar. Pretty healthy. I like the lack of a plastic film window, and the fact the box is recycled paperboard. Pasta comes in a plastic package though.
