Il seitan ha un sapore particolare al quale ci si deve abituare. La prima volta che ho mangiato questo seitan ho pensato che fosse terribile, ma poi mi sono abituata e ora mi piace e lo trovo comodo per quando non ho voglia di cucinare. Inoltre è super proteico e nutriente
Seitan di buona qualità che si trova nei supermercati del gruppo Selex. Regge abbastanza bene la cottura. Non sono una grande fan del seitan, ma penso che con qualche salsa gustosa o un po' di soia diventi un buon piatto per un pasto abbastanza leggero.
Di per sé a me non piace questo prodotto MA ho provato a bollirlo per 10 minuti circa e successivamente l'ho tagliato a fettine sottili. Dopodiché l'ho cotto con un po' d'olio e l'ho sfumato con vino rosso. Ho aggiunto salsa di soia e il risultato non era affatto male!! #seitan #vegetale #selex #vegan #protein
