I was at a work conference and whilst everyone was eating nice Danish pastries I was given this Scottish shortbread biscuit . it was pretty nice and I would have again

I’ve missed for so long Scottish shortbread, that tasting a vegan one was a total pleasure. Perfect size and consistency. They are good but I think they need more no butter flavor and less sweetness .

Bought from Figs and Grain near London Fields. YES TO THESE. Feeling sad about a Christmas without shortbread I ventured out on a quest to find a good vegan option. I came home with a brilliant one. Treat yourself, buy these.
