Son de soia, pero tamén teñem trigo. Non me gustaron demasiado.
El producto en si es agradable,bien especiado y queda bien a la plancha,aún si un pelín seco. Pero,en el packaging ponen "vegetariano" y luego el label y los ingredientes Vegan. Estos fallos no pueden acontecer en el envase de una marca seria.
Bien de ingredientes, aunque se pasan de sal. Para una cena rápida están bien. Las volvería a comprar. Comprado en Aldi.
