Rosemary Croissant Croutons

I was excited to find these! I have such a hard time finding vegan croutons. And I love these - they are light, airy and perfectly crispy with a pleasant rosemary flavor. How I’ve missed croutons on my salads, been using tortilla strips but those are just not the same. I will be buying these by the case next time I go to Trader Joe’s. #veganisnotscary #veganisdelicious #vegancroutons #salad

This is what happens when I don’t bring my reading glasses to the store. I was so excited that this product had the word vegan on the label, that I didn’t even think to look at the ingredients. For one thing the ingredient list is very long for croutons. And worse they use palm oil. These taste good (if you like rosemary), but I will not buy again because of the palm oil. I alway “poke” TJ’s and tell them to stop using palm oil and to reduce their plastic, though I doubt it does any good. ☹️

These have a nice subtle rosemary flavor and went well in our salad with some Follow Your Heart Bleu cheez dressing.

These croutons are incredibly light and buttery! I've kind of forgotten about croutons because there are a lot of non-vegan ones and I've stopped looking. It's nice that there is a delicious option at TJ's that's clearly marked vegan!
