Roasted Vegetable Couscous

Nice for a salad base, it gave mine a good consistency. It comes with edamame, some red and yellow peppers and some dressing.

I had this for a quick healthy lunch. It’s ready to eat, good, with plenty of vegetables, olives and a nice lemon flavour. Really tasty, I enjoyed it. Reccomended.

Good taste and variety of vegetables. Makes a nice snack, lunch or side dish. Keeps for quite a while once opened. Found in salad isle of Lidl. #veganisnotscary #lidl #salad #couscous

This was sweet which wasn’t what I wanted so didn’t enjoy it. If others are after a sweet couscous then they might enjoy it.
