Ottimo..Ha un profumo buonissimo e anche il sapore é molto buono.Essendo anche integrale i chicchi non scuocciono.La preparazione é comunque veloce di 12/14 minuti.
Ottimo riso nero, molto profumato e i chicchi si ammorbidiscono bene.. Solo che a me non sono bastati i 12-14 minuti di cottura indicati... Con metodo pilaf almeno mezz'ora. Confezionato in plastica sottovuoto.
