Rigatoni

This rigatoni is delicious! I love the thick cut. They're really satisfying to bite into and they hold their shape well. This pasta shape worked well I'm my pesto pasta salad. I made my own pesto and tossed with with tomatoes, peas, zucchini, pine nuts, and vegan feta. Great quality and value! Trader Joe’s has the most affordable pasta. Takes 12 mins to cook and it comes out perfect. Enjoyed it with roasted butternut squash, garlic, shallots, s&p, thyme, tofurky Italian sausage, spinach and topped with nutritional yeast!

Trader Joe's always has good dry pasta, and only $1 a bag. Can't go wrong!
