Revet Smak Av Mozzarella

Pretty decent "mozzarella", fairly priced and good size.

It has a #cheesy taste that is mild but it’s still there, making it a great alternative to #mozzarella or other mild cheeses. The mild flavour makes it great in any meal where you don’t want the cheesiness to overpower your dish. I really like it on white pizzas! I find the texture very nice, it melts really well when added on top of anything with sauce! It doesn’t melt as easily when used on something less saucy but I think that is expected. It gets nicely gooey and can even get a little crispy on the top layer if you bake it for long enough. While it has the right gooey feel, it doesn’t get that stretchy cheese pull in the same way that ‘real’ cheese does. I don’t think it’s a product that is a perfect imitation, but I don’t think it needs to be. It’s a nice #cheesealternative and I find the texture very enjoyable! Based on #shea and #coconut fats, as well as starch. The product is #palmoilfree, #soyfree, #glutenfree and #nutfree. It has added B12, D3 and calcium. The packaging is #recyclable plastic. It’s a nice product to have on hand and can be used in lots of different dishes. Super #quickandeasy to use as it is already grated, I used it to make a simple #pizza. 💵~40 NOK at Rema. Their original shredded #cheese is usually slightly more affordable and available in more stores. I really like it and have repurchased it several times. I got these on a store for a cheap price. However, I do not think that these are worth the "main price" which is $4-5 for a small packet. It taste good, but you have to use double of what you need with other cheese substitutes in order to actually taste the cheese.
