Me los trajo mi prima de Guatemala (yo estoy en Arg.). Son excelentes! Ella me los preparo tibios con limón en una picada. En casa me los prepare fríos, así como vienen. Un éxito. También se los puse a una ensalada para condimentar.

This might be the lesser evil when it comes to refried beans. It doesn't contain preservatives and the flavor is amazing.
Blended black beans are so delicious! They're my kids favorite. You can spread them on toast or have them with a side of plantains or tofu scramble. 💚
