#glutenfree pasta is different in texture and flavor, so finding good options is a bonus…this brand is delicious and was on sale at Kroger for $1.50 per box. Sorry about all the pasta, but I can’t help it. This red lentil pasta is incredible, and it’s one of the best sustainable, vegan protein sources. I recommend trying these. Stay tuned for a cool sauce you can put on.
We love these in my house! They have good taste and texture, plus they are high in protein for pasta.
Worked well in my mushroom pesto and plenty of plant based protein!
