Mi piace l idea di una piccola ratatouille in lattina, già pronta, solo da scaldare, con un bel sughetto e ricca di melanzane, zucchine e peperoni 😃 Forse è più un prodotto invernale, considerato che in questa stagione abbiamo tutte le verdure fresche e si può preparare velocemente. Non appena aperta la scatoletta si è sprigionato un profumino divino, quasi di una caponata. L'ho usato per condire la pasta, ho apprezzato che non fosse super salato come la maggior parte dei sughi pronti. Credo che lo ricomprerò.
