Purple sweet potato noodles

A very novel idea! They did just taste like normal noodles too me, but they made the water a pretty pink colour! They’re fast and easy to cook and are great for a stirfry. #noodles #sweetpotato

Love that simple truth offers such a wide range of vegan products! Not sure about rebuying as I wasn’t a fan of the texture but it is a great product!

Delicious hot or cold and not hard like some pastas
