I’ve only purchased Hershey’s version once before, so I have no idea how this brand truly compares to others on the market. But recently I baked sweet potato brownies using Fry’s cocoa / cacao powder. The recipe turned out very well. I attribute it more to the recipe and the ingredients than to my ability in the kitchen. This cocoa / cacao powder covered the taste of the sweet potato and gave the recipe a beautiful rich chocolatey taste and colour. Nutritionally, one tablespoon has 11% of your day’s recommended iron and 7% of your day’s recommended fibre intake. I have no reason not to buy this again. It was $8.99 at Metro and this large container offered better value than the smaller containers from both Fry’s and Hershey’s.
