Potato Salad

I loved this potato salad, so convenient and exactly with the flavouring you would expect!

I wasn’t really expecting to like this as I haven’t really liked it pre vegan. However I was pleasantly surprised. It would be perfect for a buffet

Extremely tasty, good balance of mayonnaise to potato, not sickly as some potato salads can be. Nice underlying onion and chive hit. A good addition to a salad to jazz it up a bit.

Really nice potato salad, good taste and real pieces of potato.
