Il gusto ricorda effettivamente la pizzaiola, ma ho sentito tanto anche il pangrattato. La consistenza mi è piaciuta molto, morbida internamente e croccante all'esterno, pur non essendo un croccante dato da una frittura pesante bensì da una spessa panatura. Non le ricomprerei perché A) il sapore non è indimenticabile e B) come vedete la confezione in #plastica è enorme ma contiene solo 10 mini polpette che peraltro non ho trovato particolarmente sazianti. #polpette #soy #veganprotein #readymeal #coop
Buone queste polpettine da fare al sugo di pomodoro e accompagnate da verdure
Queste polpettine sono davvero buone, il gusto è tipo pizzaiola. Non sono pesanti e le spezie non sono eccessive. Le ho usate come farcitura di una rosetta (riscaldate in microonde per pochi minuti) e le ho mangiate con una certa arroganza 😂Peccato non avere la Coop vicino casa.
