Mannnn i love this. Texture, taste, look - its amazing. You can make it taste even more fishy by pairing it with things like dill or seaweed , drizzling it with lemon juice. I had it on rye with homemade tofu creamcheese smear. Had eveeyone on my instagram fooled. Tasted great! Wish we could get a bigger assortment of unfished in the Netherlands.

Salmón ahumado vegano en lonchas de la marca Unfished, comprado en Veggie Room, a Madrid. Lo compré por curiosidad, ya que de este tipo de pescado tampoco me gustaba demasiado su sabor en versión animal, pero quería recordarlo para ver si lo reconfirmaba. Me ha sorprendido para muy bien. El olor me parece que es 100% igual, la textura también es muy similar (las lonchas son finitas y viscosas), pero lo mejor en mi opinión es el sabor. Al probarlo solo, me impresionó lo muchísimo que se asemeja al sabor que yo recordaba. Inicialmente no me gustó, pero le he seguido comiendo en tostada con aguacate, y volvería a comprarlo sin duda para probarlo también en otras combinaciones.
