First time using this product, made a shepherd's pie and it came out absolutely perfectly. Has a really great crumbly texture which emulates beef very nicely. Would definitely use this again for something similar anything that needs that crumbly beef texture like shep pie. Would recommend!
I lightly fried this & added to some veg, & found this mince extremely tasty, unlike most others I've tried, where I'd have rather cooked some lentils.
I tried this plant mince today to make some Bolognese sauce (what we Italians call Ragú) and I was very pleased with it. It tasted really good. I usually prefer to use lentils for this recipe, but now I know that once in a while I can opt for this option too
Nice product, we normally use it as taco filling but it works really well in Bolognese too.
