This was a super easy pancake mix to use!! I literally just added water and blueberries to the mix! The pancakes were really tasty with a bit of maple syrup!

I've been using this brand because the pancakes taste really good and all that is need is water. There is also an option of making waffles which I tend to make a big batch of to freeze and then microwave for a very quick breakfast. Nutritious and delicious. #veganisnotscary
These don't make uber fluffy pancakes but they ain't bad! It's easy to mix, and isn't gummy. I haven't tried to make waffles yet with it, but they do include directions to. I'll buy this again but only if I can't find a recipe to make them from scratch #veganisnotscary
