This definitely looks like a chicken salad! Never having had a chicken salad I’m not sure how close it is to the original, but the texture is definitely interesting! It’s drier than I would expect - but lashings of veganaise helps with that. Very filling, would definitely not need every half this for a serving again 🥗
Taste awful, Ive eaten the whole pack making different mix in sandwich thinking maybe I should add something else to make it taste better, but it was so awful, it was difficult to finish the pack. Sorry not sorry, the ingredients are really great, but to be honest it doesn't look appetizing through the package, I should have follow what my eyes were telling me. #gusta #quebec #chickensalad #veganchickensalad
