I've tried a few pita bread form TJ's and this is my favorite. Very good quality, firm but a bit fluffy. Great for my vegan gyros! You can put in the freezer to make the last longer, and put them in the oven or toaster for a few mins when ready to eat!
These are nice and soft, great flavor. So yummy with hummus, or filled with sandwich fixings.
