Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce

This #hotsauce is amazing! I’d say the heat level is mild to moderate; I did get a slight jolt when I first tasted this #habanero-based sauce, but it’s not too #spicy and the heat somehow doesn’t linger. It’s hard to describe, but it’s more of a rapid “zap” to the senses rather than steadily building torment. The layered flavor is what makes this golden hot sauce especially delicious to me. #condiments It starts out with a slightly sweet and summery #pineapple and #citrus flavor. I then become aware of the bright bite of #applecidervinegar, the spice of the peppers, and lastly, the mouthwatering burn of #ginger. It’s very liquid (easy to pour and mix;) I frequently blend it into my homemade miso salad dressing or soy-based tofu marinade for a little extra kick. I’ve been loving this refreshing take on hot sauce; the flavors are just so right for these sweltering summer days.
