#mojo sauce is a must in the Canary Islands, to accompany an order of wrinkled potatoes, dip your bread in or use it as a spread. The picón variety is my favorite, made with a base of #redpepper, oil, vinegar, garlic and hot paprika or cayenne to add a bit of heat. This one is made locally in #lapalma and was super creamy, smoky and spicy!
