I made spaghetti bolognese using the Frys pea protein mince. The pea mince itself has a nice chewy texture, aand is quite filling. It however needs alot of seasoning as it doesnt have a taste, so go wild with the spices.

I added these to rotini and they are awesome! They cook from frozen in just minutes. #uplandspeak
Did not disappoint! This meat alternative is tasty, and delicious. We used it in a potato casserole, but I think it would be delicious in burritos or tacos.
