This is so unexpectedly good. I was afraid they would be spicy but they're not, just soft and chewy dried mushroom with a bit of spice. A great snack.

Mushroom jerky made from shitake mushrooms flavored with cayenne, garlic, onion, paprika, and chia seeds. All the ingredients are organic and the taste is very mild, it’s not spicy at all. This was pretty good!! Before going vegan I wasn’t a big jerky fan but I still was interested to try this as a now mushroom, and was pleasantly surprised 😊 Definitely want to try out the other two flavors they offer too.
The seasoning on this mushroom jerkey was good, but the mushroom jerkey itself tasted so weird. It barely came with any pieces. Very much not worth the price.
