Original Soy Milk

🫛 My mom very kindly got us this #soymilk for our arrival so we could make oatmeal/porridge for breakfast. It tastes great and has a great amount of #protein at 8 grams. It’s frustrating it has phosphates in it that bring down its health rating. I will poke them for that. We found a cheaper, organic, healthier version at Aldi already, woo hoo! You can use Yuka 🥕to find recommendations for healthier versions of the products you are buying. I don’t normally drink soy milk but this was an affordable option in my local supermarket. It tastes quite sweet and has worked well in baking for me. I like that it is a #bcorp company as well. Would buy again. #soymilk #ditchdairy #nongmo
