Allooora sono rimasto un po' deluso che è zero proteico (son tutti grassi e carboidrati), però il sapore è un classico, ci sta.
Buonissimo sia freddo che scaldato. Il fatto che sia in panetto lo trovo molto pratico perché permette di scegliere la grandezza delle fette
A me sinceramente è piaciuto moltissimo. Sia a crudo che tagliato sottile per farlo fondere
La consistenza è un po' gommosa: non credo sia il massimo mangiato da solo. Dà invece grandi risultati in cottura: si scioglie benissimo, e il gusto è abbastanza "formaggioso", ma non troppo forte.
