A dire il vero il sapore non si discosta di molto da quello tradizionale se non fosse per il condimento in aggiunta, ma aiuta ad avere un'alternativa veloce rispetto a quello al naturale.
Never liked smoked tofu, i can not eat it as it it simple, the smoking aroma makes me yuck. But with tomatoes, or cooked is yum.

Smoked tofu from Lidl. This is my staple topping for sandwiches. I slice it in thin slices. I pretty much always have this product in my fridge, which would tell that I really like this product. The taste reminds a bit of sausage too. Sometimes I've made "pyttipannu" with it, in replace of vegan sausages.
