Organic raw cane sugar

This was so enlightening! This brand uses regenerative farming techniques which is better for the planet in multiple ways. It performs just like regular sugar to me and has a slight golden hue. I've baked with it and made a simple syrup, and it behaved nicely in both. It of course is going to cost more than standard cane sugar, but I'm trying to make more #smallchanges where I can. #sweettooth

Florida crystals became one of my go to sweeteners - not that I actually do a lot with sweeteners but this was good regardless. It was easy to purchase in many rural area stores like Walmart and it just looks more pure than most that you can find main stream, so I was overall pretty happy with that. It has a good flavor and I use it in a salad I often make. I use a vinegar plus this raw sugar and then I do onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers and it just is super awesome.

The grains of sugar are slightly finer than traditional sugar, but it tastes and functions perfectly well.
