Great microgreens that I use on sandwiches. They have always been fresh. Today I had them on TJs pita bread with my homemade cheese, cheddar recipe from Chef Skye Michael's NDE cookbook.
I like to add these to my salads to give them an extra crunch and texture.
I’d never had microgreens before and found them at Trader Joe’s on sale so I gave them a shot. Happy to say that I LOVE THEM! They are way better than sprouts (less bitter) and the texture is great. I’ve been adding them to as many dishes as possible, and went through the container in 4 days! Need to go stock up on them. #traderjoes #gogreen #abillionturns3
I go to Trader Joe’s every 4-5 weeks or so and almost every time I pick up these microgreens. They are so delicious on avocado toast and sandwiches as well as salads. Nutritious, tasty and a pop of color!
