This is definitely my go to product when making nacho’s! We pair it with a plant based meat alternative usually cooked with some chilli, fresh salsa and guacamole. It seems to me that the recipe has changed slightly as the chips are slightly softer but still lovely and crunchy. They hold the toppings well and do not break or fall apart easily.
My favourite corn chips. Lightly salted, crunchy but not too hard. Perfect for nacho bowls or with a hummus or guacamole dip.
Crunchy, crispy, and the perfect accompaniment to all those yummy vegan dips and salsas!
So divine and very moreish, what a great late afternoon snack, not too hard, just crunchy and full of goodness. 😋
