Onion Bhaji & Mango Chutney Sandwich

I grabbed this sandwich 🥪 to have on my looooong train journey 🚂 back from Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to London Really tasty flavours, I especially liked the mint yogurt sauce and the onion seeds in the bread. I would prefer slightly more bhajis just to make it a bit more substantial.

had a good crunch. a little dry but better than a soggy sandwich.

It was good to see something different from the normal hummus and falafel offerings. Tasty and filling. Well done Co-op. It was part of a Meal Deal £3.75 which also included a drink and a snack size fruit tub.
