I wasn't able to cook this well, it somehow stayed pink after I spent a long time pan-frying it. However I think it's because of my poor cooking skill, since I've eaten dishes outside that tasted good made with Omni Mince. Allium-free.

Really good and about time there are pork substitutes
Nice to cook with some of the dishes. Its less seasoned than other brand (i.e Impossible) so its easier to marinate it with other flavors. #veganisnotscary
I’m not sure how this differs from the regular Omn!Meat branded stuff but I’m glad for being able to stock up on the stuff 😂 It also saves a lot on the cost of regular omnimeat! #cheapvegan Taste & texture wise, it’s great as usual. Omnimeat has pretty much just become the #fakemeat of choice for most restaurants here 🧑🍳 As for the pan mee I made in a sibling review, right on my profile grid 👉 I cooked the pan mee to packet instructions, adding okinawan spinach at the last minute because I’ve found it to give the perfect bite along the noodles. After that, I made sure to immediately cold shock the noodles so they don’t overcook and stay nice and al dente, then tossing them in sesame oil to stop them from sticking too. The mince on the other hand was a stir fry of 200g omnimeat to 1 tablespoon sesame oil & 1 tablespoon soy sauce. For sambal, I went with the HoBee chilli garlic I reviewed recently & the egg bits were made with Follow Your Heart’s VeganEgg 🎃 Tossing this together honestly made #panmee that just tasted good as ever, so I’m glad to have finally outgrown KinKin 👩🎓 #vegancooking #veganrecipes #veganin2021 #tiledreview
Sooo I #veganized my gma’s peng kueh (traditional rice cake) recipe with #omnimeat! It was so fun spending half a day learning about the process and #omni also made it incredibly easy to veganize this recipe 🌞 We made a huge batch, delivered it to my extended family and kept some for ourselves 🍙💕 Love love this mince and gonna try variations of this maybe with luncheon meat strips to add that saltiness!
