No Duck Spring rolls

Really enjoyed these. Smelt and tasted quite similar to duck. The hoisin sauce isn’t too overpowering and mixed with the jackfruit makes a really good replacement. The texture is great as the outside had a nice crunch to it as well. Really easy to cook and pretty cheap. Really enjoyed the taste. #abillionlove #plantpioneers

Nice crispy pastry and a tasty filling of jackfruit and oyster mushrooms with hoisin sauce & Chinese spices; the filling was a little soft and lacking in texture but still delicious! 😋

An interesting take on the standard vegetable spring rolls but I found the ‘duck’ a bit flavourless and the rolls a bit greasy.
