I love their teas and this is a wonderful nighttime relaxing tea. It has a smooth chamomile flavor and is a delicious herbal tea.
I try to drink this without sugar, but I usually need to add a pinch, as the flavor is strong definitely feel more relaxed after drinking this tea and I get a good nights sleep
A delicious herbal tea packed with valerian root and other calming herbs to aid in sleep. Perfect for people like me with anxiety and insomnia, a cup or two before bedtime and I do get to sleep faster.
