Vegan Scallops

Goes well with rice, noodles and other carbs. The seaweed is a very nice touch.

Wow. Interesting. Really has "sea" flavor, from nori(?) .. dunno what they season it with,

but well done.
Fry to Crispin, and serve. Really fun product.

Comes with A LOT in the can

I always love #mushrooms so this is hard to appraise, because while I enjoyed eating

the #eryngii #scallops I also didn't find anything particularly special about them 😐 They tasted like, well, eryngii 😅

Maybe I didn't prepare them in the right way. The can provides a variety of ways that you can cook these. I merely pan-fried them in vegetable oil, maybe I should try to season and roast them or something 🤨 #veganseafood

P.S. my plate was full of other good stuff but it's the round bits just in front of the tin!

ooo a scallops substitute!!! looked like tiny baby scallops hehe. taste wise, you can’t taste

the mushrooms at all but just the pretty salty and seafoody marinade! personally felt it was too salty, but would be good over rice. put them in my pasta salad:D wouldn’t say it’s exactly like scallops, but still good as a mushroom!
