I like the convenience of these and that you can eat 2 at a time. The seeds are an added taste treat. Marked as vegan so we don't have to look permanently puzzled while shopping in the aisles, squinting at the ingredients list. I've these now and again but I wouldn't buy them everyday. #veganisnotscary
