Mozzarella Cheese

Hands down the best vegan cheese I have ever tasted. I made vegan cheese balls with it.

Soft, creamy vegan cheese. This cheese is amazing, the taste and texture! You can make whatever you want with this cheese.

Ah, I would've liked this but it's too light flavoured and gets overpowered by the other ingredients in my cheesy dishes. The cheddar has a much more optimal cheesy flavour. This can be grated and melted or sliced up and eaten on its own. Nice melted over lasagne or stirred into a pasta cheese sauce 🧀 but too mild a flavour. Otherwise it is very nice. It's made in India 🇮🇳 unfortunately quite expensive at $15 from Eat Roam Live. I got it on clearance sale. #ditchdairy 🧀

Used it together with the Smokey cheese to make a cheese fondue. Pretty good.

Melts like a delight 🤤 and good in taste. Definitely recommend it for your favourite mac n cheese!
