Questo affettato mi piace parecchio. Ha una buona consistenza, le fette mantengono la forma e il gusto è simile a quello della bresaola (per quello che posso ricordare, sono passati 30 anni da quando l’ho mangiato l’ultima volta!) L’ho messo sulla #pizza 🍕 insieme a un po’ di verdure saltate e del “formaggio” fatto con latte di cocco, lievito alimentare e succo di limone. Questo affettato vegetale non mi ha fatta impazzire, non lo ricomprerei. Ma soltanto perché sa di barbabietola ed è un sapore che non mi piace, l’ho trovato più gradevole da mangiare con dentro un formaggio spalmabile o maionese. Per il resto consistenza ottima.
