Truffle Cheese by Miyoko’s Creamery. Made with cashews and very mushroom-forward in flavor, I paired it with Bob’s Red Mill oat crackers and some red wine. 🍷

This is like a dream in your mouth. Seriously! I used Miyokos Winter Truffle for

this pasta e the result could not be better. I sautéed some onion before adding the cheese with some water. So simple and so perfect. For extra protein, I had used the Explore Edamame pasta that I already posted before. Simply amazing.
