Mix di semini di zucca e frutta secca (noci, mandorle) e pomodorini secchi, tutto tritato. È gustoso e sfizioso ma questa mini porzione è molto poco sostenibile a livello di packaging, però ho preso spunto per rifarlo in casa. Ps: le proteine sono il 19%!!
