I use these for everything… one of my favorites is a breakfast wrap … for this one I used tofu scramble, avocado, and a little Field Roast I had left over .. I don’t measure but photo is the spices I used … when everything was cooked well I added just a small amount of Country Crock cream. I have enough scramble to last me a week .. #recyclable
