Mini Thai Inspired No Fish Cakes

I was surprised how realistic these tasted! They definitely had a fishy taste, which I can imagine people not liking too much. I’d love to see them being part of Aldi’s permanent range as they’re kinda unique. We made a homemade red Thai curry sauce and added in some potatoes for texture!
